We believe in transparency. That means that as soon as we know more about your project we will send you a written Quote with exactly what our services will cost and details of exactly what is and is not included.

Step 3

Design Your Dream Home

Now for the fun part. Once you have approved the Quote we will collect a small deposit and get started with your plans. Our work includes floor plans, elevations, 3D views and details. Each step of the way you will have the chance to comment and revise the plans until they are just right. Our work doesn’t stop until you are 100% satisfied.

What Types Of Projects Do You Do?

NDD has completed projects ranging from small additions and renovations to large custom homes from Maine to Texas. Basically, if it’s a residential project, we can do it.

How Much Do You Charge?

We offer fixed-fee pricing based on a cost per square foot. This fee ranges from $0.25 to $1.50 per square foot depending on the type of project and the level of service. Click here to get an instant quote for your project.

How Long Does It Take To Get My Plans?

Custom house plans are completed in 2-12 weeks. The biggest factor that determines how long it takes is how many revisions we have to make. Knowing what you want before we get started will help the process go smoothly.

Can I Get a Permit With Your Plans?

Yes. Our plans have been permitted and built in many states, including those with the most restrictive codes in the country. Please keep in mind, though, that in addition to our plans you may also need a Site/Septic Plan from a Surveyor and Framing Plans from an engineer.
