Step 2
Sign proposal and Pay Deposit
We will send you an electronic Proposal and a request for payment. Once the Proposal is signed and the deposit is paid we will schedule time to complete your custom house plans in just one week.
Step 3
Get Custom House Plans
We will prepare your custom set of house plans to your exact specifications. These plans can be used to narrow down exactly what you want and to meet with contractors to get budget pricing. If you decide to continue your project we can also prepare full Construction Plans to help you turn your dream home into reality.
